Entrepreneurship: Challenges and Growth – Speed dating setting (60 min)
In this event, our mentees will rotate to meet each of our mentors, representing different fields in the industry that should be covered to get an equipped ground start. Each mentee will be given the chance of 10 min with each of our mentors to pitch their passionate business vision, leaving the event inspired, empowered, and full of knowledge to feel confident on their path towards entrepreneurship.

Naima Wachter – Creative Producer & Digital Strategist
Naima is an expert in the digital landmark and focuses on content strategy. Whether in strategic alignment, conception or production, she has already accompanied many brands, first in the agency environment, then on the corporate side. She has recently started her own business in precisely these areas.
Newin Abdallah-Ibrahim – Founder of „Sieben gewürze catering“
Newin was born in a Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon and has lived in Berlin since 1999. She is a passionate cook and founded her own catering company „Sieben Gewürze Catering“ in 2016. The stakes were very high: would she manage as a woman, as a woman with a headscarf, as a mother, as a Muslim woman, to stand up to prejudice?
Nursemin Sönmez – Systemic Organizational Consultant, Coach & Diversity Trainer
Nursemin is a political scientist, systemic organizational consultant and diversity trainer. She has many years of experience and expertise in political education work, promotion of young talent and university development. In addition, Nursemin Sönmez is project manager at ndo e.V. – the postmigrant network, lecturer at the Alice Salomon University of Applied Sciences Berlin and involved in its diversity commission.
Miriam Siré Camara – Founder & CEO of „Akoma Coaching & Consulting“
Miriam Siré is founder and managing director of akoma coaching & consulting (2014). For more than 15 years, she has designed and accompanied classical and diversity-oriented organizational development processes in cultural institutions, administrations, non-profit and for-profit organizations. Her focus is on process optimization, personnel recruitment and executive coaching.
Louna Sbou – Entrepreneur, Curator & Consultant
Louna is a serial entrepreneur, curator and consultant focusing on intersectional, queer*feminist, diasporic and neurodiverse approaches, especially from the SWANA region and Japan. Since 2002, Louna engages with sociopolitical themes and decolonial practices through the curation of antidisciplinary mediums of arts. While recovering from capitalism, she has co-founded class-critical enterprises, including the be’kech anticafé and Oyoun, a 4000sqm cultural epicenter in Berlin where she has been serving as CEO & artistic director.
