BIWOC*Rising Opening Party

We finally have a space! And of course we want to celebrate that properly: Come to our Space on October 1st to connect and network next to great music, delicious catering and a small but amazing entertainment program! We have also arranged childcare for you.

Admission: 18.30 / 6.30pm
Start: 19.30/ 7.30 pm
Please register with Lana (LS@biwoc-rising.org) by 24.9. and tell us if you need childcare.

As with all current events, the COVID hygiene rules apply. Please bring either proof of vaccination or a negative, up-to-date test (no older than 24h).

Please remember: The event is open to everyone, so it is not our usual safer space, but we will make sure everyone feels comfortable.

BIWOC* Rising is the first intersectional co-working space & social club in Berlin and Germany. This safer space is exclusively for women, trans, inter and non-binary people who identify as Black, indigenous or of Colour! Through training programs, empowerment workshops, and a work-desk in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg, BIWOC* Rising is creating a new working culture – a working culture that transcends the white, homogenous, capitalist one that has been a core driver of gentrification and marginalization in Berlin.
