COMMUNITY PICNIC

Community Picnic – Potluck

We warmly invite you to a delightful potluck picnic where we can break free from our desks, enjoy the fresh air, and savor the joys of summer! This year’s theme is „For the community, by the community,“ and you are invited to bring family and friends. Children of all ages are always special guests, and we look forward to having them join us. Please bring a dish to share for the potluck. Let’s make this event an unforgettable experience with good food and shared connections. In addition, this year, we have a special surprise planned: an exclusive one-on-one guidance session!

One-on-One Guidance
Viola, a coach for employment agencies and job centers, as well as a psychotherapist who incorporates astrology into her practice, will be joining us for the evening. Viola will be available for a limited number of one-on-one sessions where you can ask her about career, work environment, and success. These slots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so please sign up for it.

🗓 Date: 29th of AUGUST 2024, 5 PM
📍 Location: KÖRNERPARK
This evening is open to all BIW*oC & TIN*BIPoC & allies.
Please bring a dish to share.

INTERSECTIONAL WORK & SOCIAL CLUB

BIWOC* Rising is the first intersectional co-working space & social club in Berlin and Germany. This safer space is exclusively for women, trans, inter and non-binary people who identify as Black, indigenous or of Colour! Through training programs, empowerment workshops, and a work-desk in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg, BIWOC* Rising is creating a new working culture – a working culture that transcends the white, homogenous, capitalist one that has been a core driver of gentrification and marginalization in Berlin.
