Together, we explore the opportunities, challenges, and risks that come with building a business, project, or initiative while navigating discrimination, uncertainty, and structural barriers.

From Berlin to Sandau (Elbe), Vicky shares insights into community work, migration, memory, and the transformation of a former granary into a vibrant space for art, culture, and participation. We also talk about the role of networks, support structures, and collective resilience in making long-term visions possible.
