This workshop will focus on tools BIW*OC and TIN*BIPOC can use to release trauma and emotionally heal through body movement and the connection to oneself.

Estela Suarez (pronouns They/Them) is a drag performer and vogue dancer. They have collaborated with collectives such as Black Brown Berlin, Venus Boys and, of course, House of Living Colors. Their work is centered around the experience of diasporic people and how to find release and freedom through movement, makeup and performance.
