Mindfulness: Your Superpower at Work and in Life

Mindfulness can support us in both life and work, helping us notice, pause, and build healthier patterns. In this session, Ly Pham from bcom.social will guide participants through what mindfulness is (and what it isn’t), what kinds of changes it can bring, and simple practices to take home or into the workplace.

We promote mental health at the workplace because we believe it should not be a luxury but a necessity for our wellbeing and long-term business success. It is the duty of the employer to provide adequate preventative measures to protect the health of their employees. Personally, we have experienced burnout, depression and other psychological struggles as a result of the lack of these kind of measures and the lack of awareness. Mindfulness has since been a useful practice to enhance the quality of our (work) lives.

🤗Sign up for free (https://forms.gle/REMjz97srzzKSahY7) and join us in discovering how mindfulness can transform our (work) lives!

In this event you will learn:

👀What mindfulness is and what mindfulness is not

🌎What kind of changes you can expect through mindfulness

💪Practical exercises for your workplace or home

PLUS: A Q&A and discussion where you get the chance to share your thoughts and personal experiences with mindfulness (in general and at the workplace).

Workshop: Embodying Visions

Let us start this spring and first half of the new year together with strength and good energy. Times are challenging, many things we wanted to do, we could not implement or have developed differently than we imagined. INTERSECTIONAL WORK & SOCIAL CLUB

BIWOC* Rising is the first intersectional work & social club in Berlin and Germany. This safer space is exclusively for women, trans, inter and non-binary people who identify as Black, indigenous or of Colour! Through training programs, empowerment workshops, and a work-desk in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg, BIWOC* Rising is creating a new working culture – a working culture that transcends the white, homogenous, capitalist one that has been a core driver of gentrification and marginalization in Berlin.
