Workshop: How to Make Your Relationship to Work Drama-Free

with Raina Sun

In this workshop and group coaching session, we target the four bad habits of work: overwhelm, procrastination, perfectionism, and waiting for inspiration. We’ll delve into the deeper legacies of patriarchy, colonialism, and capitalism that create these bad habits, and I’ll offer human-centered practices as antidotes. You will leave knowing how to make your work habits more productive and sustainable.

Raina Sun (she/her) is a business and career coach who specializes in helping marginalized folks define and create their own success. She was born in China and grew up in the U.S. where she attended Stanford University and began her career in tech. Knowing that mainstream advice doesn’t work for everyone, she loves sharing everything that she knows about creating success in the face of bias and discrimination and helping clients create their own paths.

INTERSECTIONAL WORK & SOCIAL CLUB

BIWOC* Rising is the first intersectional co-working space & social club in Berlin and Germany. This safer space is exclusively for women, trans, inter and non-binary people who identify as Black, indigenous or of Colour! Through training programs, empowerment workshops, and a work-desk in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg, BIWOC* Rising is creating a new working culture – a working culture that transcends the white, homogenous, capitalist one that has been a core driver of gentrification and marginalization in Berlin.
