WHAT'S NEW?

Mindfulness can support us in both life and work, helping us notice, pause, and build healthier patterns. In this session, Ly Pham from bcom.social will guide participants through what mindfulness is (and what it isn’t), what kinds of changes it can bring, and simple practices to take home or into the workplace.

We are glad to be co-hosting the next Feminist Reading and Social Circle with yeswebleed on September 18, 2025.

Tan Brown shares how music became a tool for reflection, expression, and navigating the world. She touches on creativity, identity, and the realities of working as a femme person of color in the industry. 🎧📓 Meet Tan and other artists in our BIWOC* Rising space—individuals building culture on their own terms. We’re grateful to Tan for sharing her journey with us, both in person and now here with our online community! This is also a glimpse into who you’ll meet in our BIWOC* Rising space—powerful creatives like Beliban, shaping culture and pushing boundaries. Thank you, Beliban, for enriching our physical space and now also sharing your experiences and insights with our online community! ‚Strictly Business‘ is our monthly series on Instagram, where BIW*oC and TIN*BIPOC introduce themselves, their business/project, and their personal journey. Stay tuned for the next one! 🫂

It’s that time again! Summer, sunshine, and the return of the BIWoC* Rising Picnic 🌞🌿 This year’s theme is “Network & Hangs”, a relaxed space to meet new people, reconnect with old friends, and simply enjoy being together under the open sky. It’s been an intense year, especially for BIWoC* and TINBIPoC — let’s take this moment to unwind and come together.

We're often told to face money alone - but that isolation keeps us serving money, instead of letting money serve us. This workshop is a chance to shift that narrative, together.

INTERSECTIONAL WORK & SOCIAL CLUB

BIWOC* Rising is the first intersectional work & social club in Berlin and Germany. This safer space is exclusively for women, trans, inter and non-binary people who identify as Black, indigenous or of Colour! Through training programs, empowerment workshops, and a work-desk in the heart of Berlin-Kreuzberg, BIWOC* Rising is creating a new working culture – a working culture that transcends the white, homogenous, capitalist one that has been a core driver of gentrification and marginalization in Berlin.
