Ökonomische Gewalt & Unser Alltag: Geschichten migrantischer und arabischer Frauen, die Barrieren überwinden Wie kann ich sparen? Wie kann ich meine Finanzen von denen meiner Familie, meines Partners oder meiner Abhängigen trennen? Wie plane ich eine faire Vergütung für meine Arbeit? Wie schütze ich mich vor unbezahlter Arbeit? Warum kann Wirtschaft für meinen marginalisierten Körper gewalttätig werden? Nada Nabil und Loubna Messaoudi von BIWOC Rising sprechen mit Doa Gomaid Hreish (Arab Women Entrepreneurs / Nazareth) über die alltägliche Realität ökonomischer Gewalt und darüber, wie migrantische und arabische Unternehmerinnen strukturelle Barrieren meistern. Sie reflektieren darüber, wie ökonomische Gewalt Leben, Körper und Möglichkeiten prägt und auf welche Weise Frauen Widerstand leisten, gestalten und Räume für ihre Ideen zurückerobern. Doas Arbeit bei AWE zeigt die alltäglichen wirtschaftlichen Hürden, denen arabische Frauen begegnen, und die kollektiven Strategien, mit denen sie ihnen entgegentreten.

Mindfulness can support us in both life and work, helping us notice, pause, and build healthier patterns. In this session, Ly Pham from bcom.social will guide participants through what mindfulness is (and what it isn’t), what kinds of changes it can bring, and simple practices to take home or into the workplace.
